Fly Security is a mobile surveillance solution making use of the newest generation of network cameras. Using the image resize capabilities of these cameras it is possible to directly view images on your mobile phone at any time of the day. This is accomplished without the need for additional server software.
The 're-live' feature allows you to re-live earlier camera events. This
way it is for example possible to see on your mobile what happened when the camera detected motion. The end-user can be notified by SMS of such events.
Setting up Fly Security is easy and is done by configuring the network camera and installing the Fly Security MIDlet on your mobile phone. The MIDlet has been tested on all major MIDP2 phones and also runs on several MIDP1 phones.

Fly_Cam retrieves PNG pictures through a scaling, conversion and image processing servlet from a Webcam. In the Fly_Cam midlet you set the webcam source and the Servlet does appropriate scaling and conversion on the source images coming from an actual webcam. These images are then retrieved by the Webcam viewer from the Servlet. This Solution exists of a servlet (on a server) and a MIDlet on the Phone.
